Refund Policy

Full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.

• E-mail support@yazito.com from the address you bought with; the order id or the first 12 characters of your key is enough.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days. Purchases outside Türkiye were made through Paddle, who can also process the refund directly.
• A refunded key is revoked. Because the app works offline, revocation applies to key recovery and to future updates; continuing to use a refunded key breaches the licence.
• After 14 days, if a defect prevented you from using the software at all, write to us anyway; we look at every case.
