Terms of Service and End User Licence

1. Who we are

Yazito is developed and sold by [Full legal name], sole trader, registered in Türkiye at [address], tax number [VKN]. Purchases outside Türkiye are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd. as merchant of record; Paddle's buyer terms apply to the payment.

2. Free edition

The free edition (viewing, search, page tools, annotations, form filling, compare) is free forever, needs no key and no account.

3. Pro licence

• Scope. A Pro key unlocks OCR, permanent redaction, digital signatures, PDF/A validation and local AI for the number of seats it names. A seat is one person, who may install the key on the computers they personally use.
• Term. The licence is perpetual. The key works forever with every release of the major version it names, and keeps working even if Yazito ceases operations, because verification is offline.
• Updates. Releases published within 12 months of purchase accept your key. Later releases need a renewal; without one you keep using the last covered release.
• Restrictions. No resale, rental or sharing beyond the seat count; no reverse engineering or circumvention of the licence check.

4. Delivery and refunds

The key is shown on screen right after payment and e-mailed. You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase for any reason (refund policy); refunded keys are revoked.

5. Your data

The application processes documents only on your computer and sends nothing to us. Data handled by the store is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Warranty and liability

The software is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties and limit liability to the amount you paid. You remain responsible for verifying that redactions, signatures and PDF/A output meet the legal requirements that apply to you.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence are not affected.
